Worker Dispatch Service – SMS Corporation offers comprehensive support to its dispatched workers, including secure accommodation, daily transportation, and Japanese language assistance. These services ensure smooth integration and a productive work environment.
Job Introduction Service – As a licensed employment agency, we connect skilled workers with employers across key industries such as food processing, caregiving, and hospitality. Our focus is on sustainable, long-term placements that benefit both workers and employers.
Registered Support Organization – Certified by the Government of Japan, we provide dedicated support to foreign nationals under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa program. Our assistance includes residency guidance, cultural orientation, and workplace adaptation to help workers thrive in Japan.
Currently employing over 700 individuals from Japan, Nepal, and various other countries, SMS Corporation operates primarily in Tochigi, Ibaraki, and Gunma prefectures.
